This website belongs to Endless Determination, Lda, trading as Endless Luxe Travel, a travel agency registered with Turismo de Portugal under RNAVT 10589, with registered office at Rua Varela Silva 7, R/C Dto, 2730-233 Barcarena, Portugal and tax number 516886649. Using the site means accepting what follows.
Who this site is for
We work with travel advisors and agencies. This site is written for them, and the rates behind the member area are trade rates, not public prices. We do not sell directly to travellers through this website.
If you found us as a traveller, you are welcome to write, and we will point you to an advisor who works with us.
What the site says, and what binds us
The programmes, experiences and durations shown here are examples of work we have done. They describe what is possible, not a fixed catalogue, and nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance.
What binds us is the written proposal we send you for a specific trip, with its dates, inclusions and price, together with the cancellation and payment terms stated in it. Where a supplier imposes its own conditions — a hotel's deposit policy, an airline's fare rules — those conditions pass through and are set out in the proposal.
Client protection
As a licensed Portuguese agency under RNAVT 10589, we hold the professional liability insurance the law requires and we contribute to the national Travel and Tourism Guarantee Fund, which protects the amounts clients pay us.
Every supplier on a trip is contracted by us, so the responsibility for delivery sits with us and not with the advisor's agency.
The member area
Access to the member area is given to trade partners and is personal to the agency it was given to. The rates and materials behind it are confidential and are not to be published, forwarded to travellers as our rates, or shared with other agencies.
We can withdraw access at any time, and we change the password periodically.
Complaints, law and jurisdiction
Write to us first, at info@endlessluxetravel.com — most things are solved that way. A formal complaint can be filed in the Portuguese electronic complaints book at livroreclamacoes.pt.
Consumer disputes may be submitted to the alternative dispute resolution body with jurisdiction over the place of the contract; the list is kept by the Directorate-General for Consumers at consumidor.gov.pt. These terms are governed by Portuguese law, and the courts of Lisbon have jurisdiction.
