An old country at a long table. A place best entered slowly, and never finished.
Spain
Mountains to the north, the Mediterranean to the east, Africa within sight to the south.
Best Season
April — October
Winter here is quieter, and worth it.

A note on Spain
A country of countries, each one yours to learn.
We have sat at these counters, walked these old towns, driven these mountain roads for the better part of our lives. What we offer is not a tour of Spain — it is a seat at the pintxos bar where the cook will remember you next time, an afternoon in an Andalusian courtyard owned by one family for three hundred years, a private tasting in a cave that rarely welcomes strangers.
Every journey is shaped around one traveler, one couple, one small party. There are no fixed itineraries; there is no brochure. There is only the country, our people, and the conversation we begin the moment you write.
Regions
A country of many countries — each with its own table, its own weather, its own language for the word home.

Basque Country
Green coast and stone cities. San Sebastián at dusk, Bilbao by the river, and the private tables of a culture that treats cooking as craft and conversation.

Catalonia
Barcelona and the coast behind it. The Empordà farmhouses, the fishing coves of the Costa Brava, the cellars of the Penedès, a region that still eats by the sea.

Madrid & Castile
The capital and the high plateau around it. Late lunches, private galleries, and the quiet towns — Toledo, Segovia, Ávila — where Spain first wrote itself down.

Andalusia
Seville, Córdoba, Granada. White villages above olive valleys, horses in the Jerez light, and a version of the afternoon that has been practiced for a thousand years.

La Rioja
Wine country. Old bodegas and new architecture, a valley narrow enough to cross in a morning, and families who have made the same bottle for eight generations.

The Balearics
Mallorca's mountain north and Menorca's empty coves. Not the strip — the other islands. Private villas, quiet anchorages, and a coast best met by boat.
A small number of experiences remain available by member access only, a handful of private doors we open to returning guests and trusted advisors.
